There are many more retards in this world than those in the IMH.
At least those in the IMH are receiving treatment and are under care.
Those not inside are the actual dangerous ones,
causing unnecessary trouble and disturbance to people's lives and the society.
Just because someone graduated from a uni, are a teacher,
or a bigshot holding some important position in a big company,
doesnt mean that you will be less retarded than some grumpy cleaning lady or bus driver.

I already have enough rubbish in my life already thanks.
