Was at the last soccer match that took place before the national stadium was torn down with some friends.
There were 2 matches, the first being Sg vs Malaysia, which i din catch. Heard frm tt the score was 1-1. As for the 2nd one, Sg vs Australia, the final score was 3-0, with mark viduka scoring 2 goals and harry kewell scoring the other. other than 1 shot hitting the post, sg did not rly even bother the au keeper much. quality football was present but few and far between.
After the match, there was a prize giving ceremony for the players(dunno for wat -.-) and also a closing ceremony for the stadium. the ceremony was mostly boring, as it consisted of the flying dutchman narrating about the past of the stadium etc, a marchpass by team singapore, a song by kit chan, and ended with some fireworks. the fireworks were minimal, resulting in minimal pics so i shall spend minimalno effort to post them :] the kallang wave was also sth to be remembered.

Ps: Ty to jj and dd for helping today.
(the double letters are purely coincidental)
