Sometimes when i see those people
who seem to have everything in their life sorted out
everything is planned
everything is arranged
and decided in advance.
Following a certain routine,
moving towards a certain goal,
what they want to do in life
what they want to do now
i cant help but envy them.

Finally got the basic theory and advanced theory driving books
now im gonna mug the book like for the A Levels
Not.
no way im gonna study so soon hahah.
im soon forgetting how to even hold a pen already.

My father bought a new tv which was delivered today.
52 inch omg its almost the size of my bed hahaha
now all i need is better quality films and sound system
no point having a nice tv when the video is grainy
and the sound is like old men grumbling behind a wooden wall.

I wanna go overseas before i enlist man...

Chalet was like a mega sausage fest
only had girls for the first night and the bbq
for the next two nights it was guys guys guys man.
Seems like a prelude to NS life :x
pictures not up yet cause no one wants to upload lol.

Getting a new tv soon cant wait :D

And i still dunwannna work eh
i only have like 8 weeks left?
after that its two years worth of weekdays gone :X
no way im gonna waste my last few years of
carefreeness on a job that would probably earn me
peanuts when compared to the future.

Somehow this post a level holiday seems less fulfilling
im just taking back what a level stopped me from doing
nth more than that, nth new to add.

First post of the year!
I have lots to say but everytime i open up blogger somehow the feeling is gone.
I shall try to recap in point form then.
Dont expect pictures cause this is not facebook or flickr.

1) Ushered in the new year as an usher
- Get paid to watch a 30 bucks show, not bad

2) SG idol finalists butchered starstruckk by 3OH3 & Katy

3) I dont understand why Da Mouth was asked to perform eng songs
- Why get chinese speaking people to sing english songs in singapore??
- And i dont really see whats the appeal about them....
cant even hear what they are singing, only the tune.
which kinda defeats the purpose since its a cover -_-

4) TGSE (thegreatspyexperiment) was good!

5) Generally the performances this year kinda lost out to last's

6) I hope the driver of SHA3638R dies in a car crash.

At least i earned 80 bucks today, albeit 10 gone for the rubbish cab ride.

I'll probably not be blogging later on,
so this will be the last post of 2009.
The end of one uniform, and the start of the next.
No books for the next 2 years!
(except btt ftt and some army stuff)

Anyway hopefully the next year will be more eventful,
but i doubt that it will be in the way that im hoping for though.
Hopefully the world will be more peaceful (world peace \m/)
and that global warming worsensso that i can use my H2 geo
to get a job next time should i be unable to find one :P

Just finished changing the template, got bored of the old one. It looks similar though, with the same colours and almost the same font. Never change anything unless its not working :)

Played at the cage @ kallang on monday, lan at katong, and movie at leisure park. Planet 51 was a waste of my money! But there were no other choices :l

Obs outing on tue, went to marina sq/suntec/esplanade. Finally got to try the xmas starbucks drink after it was already out for more than a month already.

Stupid computer died on fri night
was reformatted just now
it didnt occur to me i could take
the harddrive out and retrieve the files
until it was too late
and now

everything is gone!

My 2k songs,
which is still okay cos piracy is rampant
and u could always download it again
cds can be burnt again.
My files like word and exel and ppt and w/e,
dont know how imp they are cos i cant rmb
but surely they contain some admin stuff
My old pictures,
most i can get ppl to send to me
but there are some old ones
which hold much memories
snapshots of the past
which will nv happen again
all gone.
Also maybe some other stuff in my comp,
which i cant rmb,
and probably will not recall ever ever again.
Some things are just irreplaceable.

Now im turned off just at the sight of the comp.
using my laptop now.

Im actually entertaining the thought that
losing my phone might actually be better than this
numbers can always be obtained again
i would def have more than 1 way of
contacting my close friends and ppl arnd me

I want a time machine.

Its march already.
Been a week since my last post,
a month since i last blogged,
two months since school reopened,
half a year since promos,
a year since march 08.

How time flies.
Seems like how a few years back,
i was still facinated with gameboys
and playing hide n seek.

I see friends my age,
in NS,
in jc,
in poly,
in ite,
in shatec,
in laselle, etc.
You get the point.
In the short span of 1 or 2 years,
everyone is at different places now
maybe even in different stages of their life.
This friday, 6th march,
is the release date of the A level results.
Many are telling me about their
mixed feelings towards the results,
about how they are missing life in school,
about not needing to find work,
about everything they no longer can have.
Im feeling it too.
Time is passing too fast.
Actually in fact,
i dont even want time to pass.
If only it could rewind a year,
and then pause,
or to keep repeating the same few months,
over and over again.

Some people look forward to becoming more mature
'the coming of age' or whatever
where they can finally drink,
drive, buy cigs, have sex, vote against the pap etc.
But i dun wanna grow up.
You can call me childish,
but being at this stage doesnt mean
you have to act like an ignorant fool.
It just means you have less worries,
less commitments,
less problems.
If you think life now is stressful,
wait till you grow older,
get married,
form a family.
Then you will know how much you miss life now.

All i want is a time machine,

to go to Mr tan's house to bainian
was planned long ago
many were like enthu
but closer to the date,
close to half of them said not going
after that, the morning/night before the outing
more ppl decided to pangseh
and pull out last min from going
had sth in the morn
had to leave earlier to make it on time
supposedly was for everyone to meet
2pm at commonwealth mrt
when i reached there at alittle b4 2,
i called phoon
apparently the organiser
he said he was still at raffles
for the vertical marathon (vm)
asked me to go find the others who are going
i asked him for the names of those who r going
he told me some names
1/2 of them not even going alr
the 1/4 of them also at the vm
only like 1/4 remaining is going
might as well dun give me the list
i spam everyone and find out myself
got list like no list lidat
end up only ken and eric coming
the rest all either pangseh
or at vm
so the ppl at vm were like telling me
eh we finish alr we call u
and then we come down ok
but the thing is
you set the time as 2.
at 2 you got sth on,
then wtf u set at 2 for?
u know you cant make it at 2
why didnt you find someone to help

Went to mr yap's house today to bai nian

his house was quite cool, very nice haha.
before that met some of them
and ate pastamania at lot 1
dun rly think the food there is very nice

after that, we all went to meimei's hse at JE
played mahjong and cards
lost 70 cents in mj even though my luck wasnt bad
played 3 rounds of daidi
first round won 1.20
2nd round won 1.10
3rd round lost 0.90
not bad, i think i have more hope in gambling
for daidi and blackjack,
im always seemingly losing at mahjong
no matter how good my luck is

School as usual,
then cue sports trng after.
was late for trng cos the bus was full
and i had to wait for quite long too

Thursday
School ended at 330
was going to bugis with a few of my class peeps
as some were busy and could only leave at 6 plus
i wanted to complete some work before i left sch
i ended up playing 2 psp and 4 psp bomberman
i realised that i still have a childhood,
cos i won most of the games that i played
kicking bombs around and trapping other ppl
retro is fun lol.
At bugis, bought a tee for 12 bucks and went home alr
nth much there to my liking
thanks nut's mum for the free ride home!

Friday
CNY celebration day
dam slack, cos lessons end at 1030, sch ends at 1230
had 1 hr maths lecture, followed by pe
the sport module for this term is soccer
same as what i did when i was j1 the first time
after that played bball
and then rushed to the hall for the celebrations
after school
had mini class outing
at first had alot of ppl at the concourse
spending alot of time deliberating on where to go
classic 08s17 problem
decided on jp
end up less than 10 went lol
some suggested sushi or pizza
ended up eating burgerking
on tue when i went to jp,
i ate the same thing too -.-"
anyway while there
i saw jiajun again
i secretly think that she moved house to jp
ever since the extension opened.
anyway we walked around for awhile
then everyone went their seperate ways

Saturday
Played soccer in the morning
suddenly more than 1 ball moving around in the court
all the botak ns ppl. lol.
better not laugh at them, my turn comes next year.
after that went to town
bought a shirt from Espirit
(40 bucks not cheap sia)
bought another from Net
(11 bucks cheap cheap)
thats all, but those 2 tees i just find them still okay
still looking for very nice tees that are of decent quality
and dont cost as much as 1 week of my allowance

Sunday
Went father's side family in malaysia for lunch
and mother's side for dinner
inbetween went to queensway to get a red tie
you will almost nv catch me in a bright red shirt
so the next closest is a red tie
the red colouring of the tie is actually quite bright
aft dinner went to the river hong bao thingy
at the floating platform at marina bay
quite nice, with a tunnel thing made with lanterns
nice for taking photos, and also a big god of fortune
didnt take any pictures, too lazy and had no mood to
if you wanna know what it looks like
go down yourself :)

Today/Monday
Went to the temple beside bukit batok driving centre
in the morning, aft tt went home got changed
and then went to mother's side family for lunch
for some reason i didnt go to my father's side
either cause both my grandparents are six feet under
or because some of the relatives not in JB
so not very convinient,
or both.
Had steamboat dinner at home though.
All the oil from the food are entering though my mouth
and leaving through my face, zzz.

School sucks.
I still dont have the CNY mood.

no court = no fun
might as well play at the playground downstairs

my new CT even commented that my hair
is abit long, aka touching my collar
wth -.- i just cut 1 week before only
and its alrdy v short at the back now

Xmas eve billy bombers orchard

Ytd nut james boon josh came my house
At first was to play mahjong
ended up we only played 1 round
then left for town.

Ate Billy Bombers for dunch or linner
or whatever you wanna call it
i ordered chicken and pork ribs i think
and shared cheese fries
ended up paying 30 bucks
i think its exp and not worth it man
but when we left
they gave us come lucky coupon thingy
everyone had free milkshake or sth
but mine was 28 dollars discount!
with a minimum spending of 56 bucks though
so i might be visiting it sometime maybe haha.
Btw, i rather go eat carl's junior! Less scam. lol.

After that took train to orchard
while james went back to his chalet as pasir ris
at orchard it was quite packed
then i heard some announcement
saying what stage 2 thingy
then the staff started blocking exits
and ushering ppl to use exits that they didnt want to use.

So we walked to goodwood park hotel
and then found a place inside to sit and chat
Saw NJ alumni choir performing too
Nut used my cam's panorama function to take
a picture of boon and josh.
Makes me feel weird when my eye scope is that wide

Anyway im like taking years to blog
keep getting distracted
cos im multi tasking
type one paragraph
then do other stuff already
so i shall cut short the posts
avoid all the nitty gritty stuff lol

After that we went to heeren to meet don,
and then went to cineleisure cos he
wanted to check movie timings for the next day
and then we walked all the way back to shaw lido
so that he can buy tickets from there instead
after tt we sat around inside and talked for awhile
then we went down to the streets
and it was near midnight and
ppl were starting to spray each other already
i thought they were closing the road
but end up they were only closing it the next day
Also saw ppl in cars occasionally peeping out
lowering their windows and then spraying
unsuspecting people walking near the cards

We walked till paragon
then found a gap in the barriers
so we stood there
inbetween the pavement and the road
safe from all the crazy ppl spraying
and watched other ppl getting victimized.

After the mayhem, we walked to smu,
bought some food at a nearby food court
and ate at some benches at smu
after that walked back to somerset
to take the nightrider bus NR3 home
sbs's night service only lasts from 12 to 2am
thats dumb i think, so short only like it has any use
first time taking night rider
not cheap being at 3 bucks
took all the way home
bathed, used comp abit and slept at 6 am

since like the last day of chalet
where i lost my voice
but still can speak abit
thats about, 1 week 2 days already

during chalet sunday to monday
everyday either bbq, fastfood or instant noodles
only ate 1 normal meal during tt 4 days
then after chalet next day, after waking up
straight to another bbq at night.
then after that bbq,
next day morning buffet lunch
at some bbq/steamboat place
dinner fish n co after
Next day saturday, dinner was western food
coupled with my irregular sleep
no wonder im coughing till now

Wanted to blog about the chalet just now
aka sunday afternoon
cos it was the only day that i didnt go out
but then i only woke up at 6pm lol.
guess i was too tired
i slept at 4am though,
no mood to sleep.
this past week my sleeping has been super irregular

Last last friday - 4 hrs
Last last saturday - 3 hrs
Last last sunday night (aka chalet 1st night) -
1 - 2 hrs (barely sleeping)
Last monday (after cycling to and fro suntec) -
2 hrs (sitting on a chair lying on a table)
Last tuesday (last night of chalet) - 0 hrs
Last wednesday (finally returning home) -
17 hrs (K.O at 11pm, woke up at 4pm to go BBQ)
Last thursday - 4 hrs (sleep late, go out the next day)
Last friday - 6 hrs (wake up early for soccer)
PS: Early = 10am. LOL.
Last saturday (last night) -
14 hrs (4am to 6pm lol.)

4 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 0 - 17 - 4 - 6 - 14
Total 52 hours in 9 days,
so average 5+ hours every night
i hope i dun die soon :(

Hello im here to share bout
sth stupid that happened ytd.

During the day had 4P3 outing at sentosa
was looking forward to playing vball
but the courts we all removed
cos they were preparing for zoukout
ended up playing frisbee and captain's ball
sun tan abit swim abit.
stupid life guard didnt allow us
to swim to the breakwater island

After that went to orchard
to find nut james boon josh
watched quarantine etc etc
i found it not bad actually
dont know why some ppl say
the first 15 mins were boring
yea i admit it could have been left out
but still it was not bad what.

Anyway thats not the point
the thing is when we were going home
boarded mrt from somerset station
fearing there would be seats
we took the train to marina bay
then took the train back towards
jurong east direction via woodlands

The stupid thing was
when nearing yishun station
there was announcement saying
the train would end at yishun
when we reached yishun
i said: aiya shud have alighted at khatib
so tt we wouldnt have to jostle with the
ppl who also alighted to change train at yishun
(khatib is one stop before yishun)
so someone suggested that we take the

so thats what we did and when we reached khatib
we boarded another train back towards JE

Halfway towards yishun
there was an announcement again
"this train terminates at yishun station"

so end up we had to alight at yishun AGAIN -_-"

As the last train had only just left marina bay
we tried our luck again and took another train
back to khatib. lol. dam free right.
the train we took to khatib
was the last train towards toa payoh
so surely there wasnt another chance to
do sth stupid and have to go back to khatib again
this time when we reached khatib
there was a train on the opposite side.
this time we checked
and indeed it ended at yishun
so we waited for the next train

When the train came
there wasnt any seats
woo how fun we just wasted around 20 mins
going inbetween 2 stations. lol.
lucky wasnt charged for overstaying.

Prom night and post prom 2008

Oh yah,
and 2nd Dec was PJC's prom night
or grad night or senior's night
whatever makes you happy
lol.

the rest i dont really know
not that i go around collecting the dates

Emcees were some old boy/teacher
with a throat/squeaky/trying too hard voice
and also darren tan
hes from some mediacorp reality voting talent show thingy
Only have pics with other ppl
didnt take much pics of the place and food and items etc
and also i haven got much pics yet
waiting for ppl to upload
so no pics aw too bad.

The ticket said to be seated by 7
i think the councillors when planning the program
would have thought of PJ's
nice latecoming record
i arrived at around 7 plus
girls of my table expectedly hadnt reached yet
when i went up at around 730
still lotsa ppl outside the doors and reception counter
walking and chatting around
slack slack chill chill
by the time everyone was seated
it was already 8
and the girls were still not here yet lol
saw the principal arriving late after everyone was seated
and then the girls came
lucky the video was being screened so wasnt very obvious
or else it would have been super obvious
cos our table was the same position as the vip table
in the sense tt ours was right front of stage,
vip table was left front
i heard sth like werent enough teachers
so they gave us the vip table
we didnt get vip treatment though
sadded :(

throughout the course of the table
all the girls at the table
which is like 7 out the total 10 ppl
ate minimally
either the food was like shit or
they were more worried bout their waistlines
for the photos that were to come
actually the food wasnt very high standard
prawns appear stir fried
chicken was quite good
but still its chicken only -.-
fish steamed
soup taste like crap
had a dish of noodles dunno why
dessert left untouched by whole table
vege still okay
cant rem the rest
the most eaten dish was the appetiser
but even that was only 2/3 eaten lol.
oh yah and jj vomitted after eating 1 prawn
she said it was due to car-sickness
hopefully its not due to the food!
or else i may die too haha.
she didnt eat much tho

and quite boring
the only thing tt was done was;
lucky draw,
prom king and queen selection,
dont forget the lyrics,
and i cant recall anything lol.

Lucky draw prize sucks
consolation is a voucher
that happens to be the same
as the voucher everyone received
together with the doorgift
supply more than demand
therefore there is a surplus
when ur lucky draw prize is a surplus
isnt very good i guess.

Prom king and queen,
winners were not bad.
but even better were one of the female contestants
when asked what she would do if she had money
or won a million dollars
or sth in that line,
someone from the audience shouted;
"plastic surgery!"

Need i say more?

quite entertaining

but other than that
there was not much content
in the end it was slightly boring

Mediocre food + soso entertainment + 85 bucks gone

Post prom = kbox at cine
there were suggestions to;

Watch a late night movie or sth,
qurantine was out.
Or etc etc cant remember.
But eventually
we decided to walk to cine as it was after 12
all wanted to avoid taking cab lol.
i think we were the last to leave the
hotel ballroom/reception area

cos hes like flying even though

obs camp clearing my mind

Some things always have a knack of screwing themselves up even when i plan for every single thing that may happen. When i try to avoid it, it comes to find me. When i try to solve it, it screws itself even deeper. Perhaps going to camp next week can help clear my mind. The last time i went there, it was like being cut off from society, cut off from your mundane life, from all the past experiences and existing problems. For the next five days i can live and try to ignore everything else. Feels almost like going overseas when you are in a foreign land, you leave all your troubles with behind, and bring only what you can fit inside your bag. ON the other hand, while going there may clear my mind for the five days im there, on the fifth day when i come back, it'll be all too soon. Back to face reality, everything would be much more obvious and in your face. Within no time i will start to miss the days at the camp, where life would be carefree, just whiling my time away, not needing to spend my time thinking about this, fretting about that, trying to do anything. Soon more things will crop up, more problems remain unsolved, and the cycle starts all over again, this time with me having the thoughts of how it would be better if i did not have all these things surrounding me. Would it be for better or for worse? I dont know. Its hard to say but my bet is with the latter. Too tired to bother, i will just wait and see.

03 Nov
was the date of my class' OP
then overnight at darren's house
during evening watched a horror movie
its called stay alive
i watched before at his house
personally i think its not v scary
cos its about
how some video game players
die in real life the same way
as they died in the game
the actors are real but the horror
and ghosts etc are animated
but this during this 2nd time
i can safely tell you
some of the guys in s17
are really ball-less man lol
throughout the show
i kept scaring them at certain times
like when there was suspense
and sth was going to happen

04 Nov
after that we left at around 7 plus
at first were gg for supper/early breakfast
at around 3
but everyone lazed around and ended up
we wall just went home to get our stuff for
the class outing that day.

went home and slept for an hr since
there was nth to do at 7am in the morn
was supposed to meet at vivo at 10/11
cck mrt at 9/10
cant remember
but some ppl who said
i wont be late!
i sure wont fall asleep/can wake up!
end up by the time all reached cck
like 10 plus alr
then took bus 188 to vivo
like we werent late enough already
could be considerate and take the mrt
but since they wanna bus
then bus lo
as expected reached there late

then blah blah go sentosa blah blah
played vball bball soccer frisbee
and during while playing vball
some guys with a coach or sth
asked us if they wanted to play 2v2
then somehow become me and zhikai
playing with another 2 guys
and we won!

aka retain or promote day.
heard 90 ppl went LT3
those were ppl who conditional promoted
means retainees were less than 90?
Stark contrast from last years rate
last yr there were around 200 who retain?
slightly less than 100 who left the sch?
if im not wrong
that together with last year's fabulous
pw grades of school average D
wheres the consistency man??
200 retainees to less than 90?
its not like they are smarter anyway
the conditional promotees had only 1 H1 1 H2 pass
i had 2 H2 pass and i couldnt promote
wth.
mind you H2 is supposedly harder than H1.
if they have to lower the criteria
i dun think the reason that this yr's batch is smarter
is justified in any way.
also i heard the principal's son
is one of those who conditional promote

As expected Massa had first
near the end of the race
Hamilton was running in 5th place
just nice for him to win the Championship
and then sebastian vettel overtook hamilton
and hamilton dropped to 6th
which meant that he would lose the championship!
Then right at the last corner of the entire race
Timo Glock running in 4th had some problems
and his car slowed down
and so hamilton got 5th
